Ambient Mode on Built-in TV

I need help with ambient mode on my Vizio tvs with Chromecast built-in. When I try to access the ambient mode settings from the Home app all I get is a blank screen showing Device Settings at the top but nothing else. Any help is appreciated.

Each manufacturer that does Chromecast-built-in is given the option to change some settings.

We've heard a lot that Ambient Mode is often restricted; the TV just won't accept it. Contact Vizio Support and ask them. They can tell you what they changed when they implemented Chromecast.
