Can't even configure my Chromecast anymore. It can't even connect to wifi, how useless.

Product just stopped working one day for no reason. I've had it for a year and I've had the same problem many times. Had to factory reset it more than 4 times. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, it is such a piece of trash. Never seen a product having so much trouble connecting to a freaking wifi. It's worthless now. I will be trying another brand to get better result as suggested by other user. Chromecast is truly useless.

I apologize about the late response on this thread, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that connection issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I can understand connection issues are frustrating. Go ahead and give these steps a try, and let me know if they help:

Check the LED light on the Chromecast to see if the Chromecast is trying to tell you something.
If the LED light looks correct, check out the steps listed in this article.
If you're still having issues, please follow the steps listed in this article.
