Unable to choose 4K HDR output

I have a Chromecast with Google TV device and when I go into "resolution" I only see 1080p - No 4K. Under color format I only see SDR - HDR and Dolby Vision are grayed out.

I have the Chromecast device hooked up to Pioneer VSX-LX304 that has Ultra HD Pass-through with HDCP 2.2.

From the A/V receiver I have a 4K HDR 18 Gbps rated 24 AWG HDMI cable that goes to ViewSonic PX747-4K projector.

What am I missing? All pieces say they support 4K resolution but I'm still limited to 1080p and SDR.

If the options are greyed out that means the Chromecast thinks they aren't available. Saying that I googled both your devices and see that they should support 4k. So.. let's take out some variables.

Can you connect the Chromecast directly to the projector and see if the 4k or hdr options appear? Be sure to reboot your chromecast of course.
