I can watch YouTube with audio and other things like Spotify but films on Netflix and Disney plus play but with no sound

I apologize about the late response, thank you for your patience! Were you able to fix that audio issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I can imagine this issue is quite frustrating. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

When did this issue start happening?
Does this issue occur when casting the apps, or when using the apps on Google TV?
Are you using a soundbar or receiver?
Have you tried clearing the cache on the apps, or uninstalling them?
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
