Hola, no puedo conectarlo al wifi. Me dice que no va a aparecer en la red. No sé que más probar ya.

Thanks for reaching out. Let's sort this out.

A few questions: What type of Chromecast device do you have? What's the LED light status in your Chromecast? How far is your Chromecast from the Wi-Fi router?

Try these steps:

Make sure the Chromecast device is within 15 feet of the setup device and the Wi-Fi router.
Check if the Wi-Fi network is available and if other devices (phone, tablet, desktop, or laptop) are able to connect to it and access the internet.
Reboot the Chromecast device.
Reboot the router and mobile phone.
Use mobile hotspot to set up Chromecast. This is to isolate the issue.
Reset your Chromecast.
