Before you change Google Assistant’s language, make sure your mobile device or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi network or linked to the same account as your speaker or display.

If your device supports Google Assistant

Does the following Google (G) app setting match your Assistant primary language?

Open Google (G) app > Settings > Language & Region > confirm setting is correct

Change your language or use multiple languages
