Netflix is not an app on Chromecast Google TV

So I have 3 Chromecast at home, in 2 of them I can use Netflix normally, but in 1 of them, Chromecast says that Netflix is not available in my county, although it is... And I use the app in the other two. What can I do?

I apologize about the late response on this thread, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that Netflix issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I know I'd be pretty confused as well. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

When did this issue start happening?
Have you tried a factory reset on the Chromecast?
What is the firmware version of the Chromecast?
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
