Chromecast V3 reset wifi

Hello everyone,

When I'd like to reset my wifi network either by pressing on the reset button on the chromecast or by pressing and hold on the tile with the text living room, nothing seems to happen. No menu cogwheel or menu shows up and when pressing the reset button and reconnecting with the tv nothing seems to happen. Does anyone know what the solution for this problem is?

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry for the late response. To confirm, did you make changes in your Wi-Fi network? If yes, could you please try to manually connect to the Chromecast SSID? Here's how: Go to the phone’s Settings > Open WiFi and connect to the Chromecast SSID (Example: Chromecast1234, Living Room TV, Bedroom TV, etc.) > Go to the Google Home app and try to set up again. If the same issue persists, please do another factory reset on your Chromecast.
