Built-in Chrome Cast not working in a Hisense U6G

Recently i purchased a tv with chrome cast built-in, but when i try to connect the tv with my google home app, the tv doesnt appear in google home or anyone app like youtube, netfilx, disney+, i would like to know how i can solve this issue, i alrady uninstall the upgrades of chrome cast built-in app and the web visual app, i tried several solutions to resolve this problem but i dont succeed,
