Hi , I have connected a chromecast with google tv and have volume on YouTube and Kayo but no volume on Disney and Netflix .

any help ????

Quick questions: when did the issue start? Are you watching Disney+ and Netflix directly from the Chromecast with Google TV or you're manually casting the videos from your phone to the TV? Please try to clear the cache and data of the affected apps. Reinstalling the apps and rebooting your Chromecast might also help.

If the issue persists, please do a reset on your Chromecast.
