need a remote with the "F" buttons (coloured)

Hi, I'm enjoying my CCwGTV but my IPTV subscription service requires me to use the coloured buttons (red, green, yellow, blue) to access certain menus. I can't find a way to assign these buttons using the setting menu or the phone remote. My TV is an older Samsung model (not a smart TV). Is the only solution to buy a bluetooth remote (with the coloured buttons) and pair it with my CCwGTV?

Hi Xpatar,

Thanks for reaching out. We can only set up the buttons on the Chromecast Voice Remote to Chromecast with Google TV but not the buttons of the third-party remote. However, you may try to use a Bluetooth remote and pair it with your Chromecast.

To pair a Bluetooth-enabled remote or accessory, follow the steps below:

Go to Settings.
Select Remotes and Accessories.
Select Pair remote or accessory.
Before pairing Bluetooth devices, make sure they are in pairing mode.
