Chromecast remote stopped working

Hi there! my chromecast remote has stopped working/died and by reading help articles to fix it, i reset my chromecast and now its not connected to wifi and only thing coming on the screen is to pair with remote and my remote is not working and I can’t control it with phone android tv remote because it is also not connected to wifi, how do i setup my chromecast now. Any help please!
