&lt;P&gt;A few questions: when did the issue start? How far is your Chromecast from the Wi-Fi router? Is this only happening when watching videos from YouTube or across all apps?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try these steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Check if other devices can connect to your network.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Move your devices closer to each other.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Reboot your Wi-Fi router.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://bit.ly/2MrS2BE" target="_blank"&gt;Reboot&lt;/A&gt; your Chromecast with Google TV.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Clear the cache and data of the affected app(s).&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Play a different video from the same app and from another app.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Play videos on a different device.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://bit.ly/37recMF" target="_blank"&gt;Reset&lt;/A&gt; your Chromecast with Google TV.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Chromecast is inches from wifi router, I think I fixed my 5G wifi, I changed settings on the router.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
