Cannot download system update - QTS1.210311.036

Brand new device purchased a couple of hours ago. Going into system settings to update the device gives me “Couldn’t download system update”. Changed between 2.4G and 5G wifi as well as factory reset, no success.

I’m trying to download the QTS1.210311.036

Android TV OS version: 10

Kernel Version: 4.9.180

Android TV OS build: QTS1.210311.017.A2.768649

I had the same issue. It did not work with 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz on the same SSID. I separated them and it managed to update with the 2.4 GHz wifi.
