Problem displaying content on the home screen (chromecast 4)

Hello. I bought a new chromecast 4 and after configuring everything is fine, but the main screen of some applications does not display the content recommended, e.g. prime video.
the video shows what's going on
I will add that I did a device reset, I reinstalled applications and it does not give anything, is it a device defect?

Welcome to the Chromecast Community! I talked with a higher tier of support about this issue, and we're thinking that when a content/title is not yet available in a specific country, the thumbnail is grayed out. If you have the time, would you be able to navigate through the Google TV home screen, and then file feedback with logs enabled? If you do, go ahead and use keywords such as "gray thumbnail" so our engineering team can find the submission quicker.
