Counterfeit chromecast

How do I report a counterfeit Chromecast I have purchased that has come up counterfeit checking on google? I have tried filling out the form Google has but it won’t submit. I have had so much trouble dealing with the company I have purchased it from as it doesn’t work anyway, they are demanding I ship it back at my cost - long story. Please help!

What happens when you try to submit the form? Have you tried a different browser and/or device?
