Google TV stuck on loading screen

Google tv is stuck on some loading (I think) screen after randomly coming on. It's a rectangle with Google colours rotating around it. Left it for 30min, have tried unplugging and plugging back in but just comes straight to that screen again. Have tried hard resting with the button but does not start blinking/change. Any help would be appreciated

I'm so sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your device, I understand it's frustrating when you're just trying to enjoy yourself, but I'm happy to help.

I would suggest doing a Factory Reset on your device to see if that helps it to work for you.
