Hello.

I am using a device with chromecast built-in (canal+ box with androidTV) and I have a problem. Whlile I cast video from Google Chrome, the video is slowed down. With audio I don't have any issue. I casted video from another laptop and this problem didn't occur. Also I tried cast to another device (Mibox 4) with built-in chromecast and had no problem.

Thanks for reaching out. Please make sure the Chrome browser is updated and try to reboot your laptop. Rebooting and resetting your built-in Chromecast device might also help.

Also, if the issue is isolated with this Chromecast built-in device, please reach out to your device manufacturer for further help.
