I have had my Vizio tv for about a year now and all of the sudden it’s no longer working , when I turn it on I get the Visio logo but then get a black screen until this appears

It stays on this screen for about 30seconds and then black screen again. I’m not sure what to do .

I'm sorry to hear that your Vizio TV is having issues! Is your Vizio TV using Chromecast built-in? If so, I'd be happy to help, however, it seems like there is an issue with the TV itself. In this scenario, I'd recommend that you reach out to Vizio Support to see if they can get your TV working properly again. Afterwards, if you're still having issues casting, we'd be happy to help out.
