Hey!

So ive had this issue for YEARS and it’s about time I try to solve it!
My chromecast is plugged into my TV, it works perfectly fine with all apps (Netflix, crave, YouTube, etc.) all but ONE : Spotify.

Every single time I cast Spotify on my tv, the sound starts jumping up and down throughout the song. I just don’t get where the problem come from since I know my TV isn’t the problem, my chromecast or phone.

I can’t believe I’m the only one with that issue??

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear about that. Please try the steps below:

Clear the cache and data of the Spotify app.
Uninstall and reinstall the Spotify app.
Try to cast from a different mobile phone.
Reboot your Chromecast.
Plug in your Chromecast into a different HDMI port on your TV.
Reset your Chromecast.

If the issue persists and this is isolated when using the Spotify app, please reach out to the app developer for further help.
