Can’t find Chromecast on app

Hey!

Since Apple launched the new iOS15 (and iOS 14.8 for iPad), I now can’t cast to my tv. I’ve gone through all the troubleshooting steps, even the advance troubleshooting but my Chromecast is still not being picked up by the Google Home app on either my iPhone or iPad and it’s not showing on available networks list - this was working fine Wednesday any ideas/suggestions greatly received.

I'm real sorry about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that Google Home issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

What version of Google Home are you running?
Is your Chromecast's firmware up to date?
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
