using dishanywhere app and getting error 2472. other apps such as netflix are ok. dish app worked earlier

Quick questions: what type of Chromecast device do you have? Are you casting a video content from Dish app using your mobile phone? Please clear the cache and data of the Dish app and reinstall it. Rebooting your mobile phone might also help.

Also, if the issue is isolated when using the Dish app, please reach out to Dish for further help.
