Video jittery and has random colors on screen

I am not casting via any device -- just watching directly on the various apps like Netflix, Youtube TV, Hulu, etc. on the Chromecast w/ Google TV. TV is Samsung Q60T.

On all apps, I get jittery video and random blocks of color on the screen. I've never had a problem in the year since I've had the Chromecast with Googlt TV. Both Chromecast & TV are updated to latest software and I've reset and switched HDMI ports on the TV.

Looks like there are some forums about this relating to that tv model. Would suggest testing on another tv to ensure it isn't the Chromecast before proceeding.
