36Cocofalcon, could you please tell us more about what's going on so we can further assist you? Are you trying to set up a Chromecast with Google TV? If yes, are you getting any messages when entering your Google Account credentials? In the meantime, please try to set up your Chromecast with Google TV using the Google Home app. Check this support website article to see the steps.
