I have a Google chrome

device that only connects to a sound without a picture. The problem with the picture is that it does not appear. Only the sound of the video comes out without its picture.

I might not understand your question, but this is the forum for the Nest thermostat. The Nest doesn't provide sound, and to tell the truth the picture isn't that exciting, either.

Wasayef_m, do you have a Chromecast device? If yes, what type of Chromecast do you have? If there's no video displayed on TV when casting, please try the steps below:

Check if the Chromecast firmware is updated.
Check that the mobile device is updated.
Check proximity of TV to casting device (phone, tablet, or computer), and Wi-Fi router.
Reboot the Chromecast, mobile phone, and router.
Disconnect and reconnect the mobile device from the Wi-Fi network.
Check if your phone or laptop has a power saving setting. If it's enabled, disable it.
Perform a factory reset.
