      <title>setup is complete but I cannot watch anything</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I set everything up and watched several shows and signed into several apps.&amp;nbsp; In the middle of watching a show on netflix, the show went off and a 0% came into the middle of the screen.&amp;nbsp; It never loaded again.&amp;nbsp; I went out and unplugged everything and when I try to resume the show, I get the following message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"We're having trouble accessing this title for you fight now.&amp;nbsp; Please try again later"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also cannot sign in to any other shows or apps.&amp;nbsp; I get the same message.&amp;nbsp; Please advise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I was having the same problem and tried everything, cache clearing, re-installing apps, factory reset (hadn’t heard about this force stop yttv aspect until now, try to force stop yttv then try 3rd party apps like Netflix). I have 2 CCwGTV purchased at the same time and only 1 has this problem. I just got off the phone with Google &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A title="Chromecast Customer Support" href="https://support.google.com/chromecast/gethelp" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer"&gt;customer care&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; and they verified that the SN of the unit having this issue is eligible for replacement. &amp;nbsp;I recommend going that route as it’s not every device of this type having this issue. Customer care was quick, I ran through all the steps I had already taken, the SN of the device, and have already received my shipping request all within 30 minutes of calling.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;kwebster and Premixem, please try to &lt;A href="https://bit.ly/2MrS2BE" target="_blank"&gt;reboot&lt;/A&gt; your Chromecast and plug it in on a different HDMI port on your TV. &lt;A href="https://bit.ly/37recMF" target="_blank"&gt;Resetting&lt;/A&gt; your Chromecast might also help.&lt;/P&gt;
