Cannot cast YouTube video to Samsung TV even though Chromecast has been set up correctly

Chrome cast device set up correctly via Google home on my iPhone. I can stream Xfinity from my iphone. However when I try to cast from YouTube , my device doesn’t even appear in the list of devices I can use to cast.

Thanks for reaching out. Have you tried to cast from other apps aside from YouTube and Xfinity? What mobile phone are you using? Please try the steps listed below:

Turn off/on the Wi-Fi on your mobile device.
Turn on the Local Network Access on your phone. Here's how: Phone settings > Privacy > Local Network > You'll find a list of apps > Turn on Local Network Access for the app(s) you would like to allow access to your network
Reboot your Chromecast and mobile phone.
Try to cast from other Chromecast-enabled apps.
Try to use a different mobile phone.
Reset your Chromecast.
