Green box and voice telling me about each button

I sat on my remote. Found it. Now some voice and a green box shows up and the voice tells me about every button the toggle crosses. So frustrating as I can’t get the voice to stop and the remote once I open sling tv will not work. Tried factory reset. Didn’t work

Thanks for reaching out. Could you please confirm if you have a Chromecast with Google TV? It's possible that the TalkBack feature was enabled. To disable it, please follow the steps below and let me know how it goes:

From the Google TV home screen, scroll up to the top navigation bar.
Select Profile Settings > Dashboard > Settings.
Select System > Accessibility.
Under Services, select TalkBack > Disable > OK.
