Unable to download the Viki Rakuten App

I bought the latest chromecast with google TV (OS 10) and I can't download the Viki Rakuten app. It didn't pop up on the app store so I tried searching it by shows name and found it, but it is saying that the app is not supported and won't let me download. I went on their forum and looks like this is a known issue and they have to wait for Google to fix it on their side. Any help is appreciated.

Quick questions: is this only happening when downloading the Viki Rakuten app? Can you download this app from your mobile phone? Please try to reboot your Chromecast with Google TV and try again. Resetting it might also help.

I can download it from my mobile phone. Reboot did not seem to work.
