While casting my Android 9.0 mobile screen to my TV, I get very low volume on the tv. Normally I can comfortably watch programs on volume level 14 on the tv but while casting my screen through google home app I need to increase the tv volume to 100 the maximum.

Thanks for reaching out. Let's sort this out.

A few questions: when did the issue start? Does the same issue occur when casting directly from the Chromecast-enabled app? What's the make and model of your mobile phone?

Try these steps:

Make sure the Google Home app is updated.
Make sure there are no other apps running in the background.
Reboot your Chromecast and mobile phone.
Try to cast from a different mobile device.
Factory reset your Chromecast.
