Record multiple programs simultaneously on YouTube TV

I'm about to cut the cord. YAY! This is my 1st venture into streaming.

Can I record more than 1 program on different channels at the same time on YouTube TV?

For example, let's say that I want to record a PBS program AND a program on the CW at 8 PM on YouTube TV. Both are on at the same time but on different channels. Can I do that? If so, is there a limit to the number of programs that I can record on different channels at the same time?
