Chromecast sound control

Chromecast works with all channels buts I cannot change sound to high or lower. Do I need to do something in settings?

Thanks for reaching out. Let's sort this out.

A few questions: what type of Chromecast device do you have? Where are you controlling the volume? Is this only happening in one app or across all apps? Please reinstall the affected apps and reboot your phone and Chromecast. Using a different mobile device and resetting your Chromecast might also help.
