stuck on AUDIO DESCRIPTIONS.

My moms tv is playing AUDIO DESCRIPTIONS. ive tried resetting the device, resetting the samsung tv . I even went and bought a new chromecast device and set it up as normal and it still does it. Its driving my mom nuts! At the bottom of the screen (while show is playing) there is a little message icon, I can select that and it lets me turn it off, but right after a commercial it automatically switches back!!

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear about that. Let's sort this out.

Quick questions: what type of Chromecast device do you have? Is this only happening in one app or across all apps? Please try to check the settings of the app you're using and try to disable this feature. Rebooting your Chromecast and plugging it into a different TV screen if one is available might also help.
