&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://goo.gle/39thY6w" target="_blank"&gt;Reboot&lt;/A&gt; your Chromecast.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;On the mobile device, close and reopen all cast-supported applications.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Open a different cast-supported app and cast a different video.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Try to use the Chromecast with another TV or&amp;nbsp;High-Definition Multimedia Interface&amp;nbsp;(HDMI) display, if possible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>Picture Quality on Samsung TV</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've got my Chromecast connected to my Samsung TV via an HDMI port. The picture quality is awful. It's really pale and slightly metallicy. Does anyone know what could be causing this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I'm sorry to hear that the quality of your casting is bad, I can imagine that makes for a terrible viewing experience. The main probably would usually be related to internet speed. Would you be able to perform an i&lt;A href="https://goo.gle/3pClMMw" target="_blank"&gt;nternet speed test&lt;/A&gt; and let me know the results?
