I can’t cast Now TV anymore. I have done a factory reset on my Chromecast. Help needed!

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue casting Now TV to your Chromecast. Let's sort this out.

A few questions: is this only happening when casting from Now TV or across all apps? Are you getting any messages when casting video content from the Now TV app? What mobile phone are you using for casting?

Try these steps:

Try to cast from different supported apps and check if the same issue persists.
Uninstall and reinstall the Now TV app.
Reboot your Chromecast, mobile phone, and Wi-Fi router.
Try to use a different mobile device if one is available.
Try to plug in the Chromecast into a different HDMI port on your TV.
Do another factory reset on your Chromecast.
