Chromecast can't see the network

Chromecast tried to connect to the internet repeatedly. Everythibg ekse coukd use wifi to connect to the internet, except chromecast.

Pushed reset on chronecast and then it was gone.

Tried to setup chromecast, and I was asked to activate it because it hasn't been used for some time (like 10 minutes).

Asked to download a new google app: utilities.

Anyway. Could not setup chromecast because it still cannot see the Internet.

And this happens to the oblong devide and the round device.

So it nust be a bug in the firmware or software

Exact same thing is happening to me.

This is my third attempt to reply.

Yes I fixed it. I restarted the setup process using the utilities app I had to lie at one of the questions. Choose the opposite of what I wanted to do. Then it worked
