Chrome cast won’t cast Amazon Video

My chrome cast 3rd gen will cast videos and apps like Netflix, YouTube, Tubi, Hulu and etc. but when I go to cast a tv show or movie from Amazon prime video it loads for awhile then doesn’t show my tv at all. It only does it for that for the Amazon Video app and it is updated as well as the chrome cast.

Thanks for reaching out to the Chromecast Community forum! Please try to uninstall and reinstall the Amazon Prime app and reboot your mobile phone. Using a different mobile device and rebooting your Chromecast might also help.
