Cannot switch accounts on YouTube on my Sony Bravia with Google Tv

I recently had to factory reset my Sony Bravia in order to get my remote mic to work. After the reset I am no longer able to switch accounts on YouTube. I can add an account but once I do the only option it gives me is to remove the account. I cannot switch between accounts for YouTube or YouTube tv.

Welcome to the Chromecast Community Forum! I'd be happy to help you get your YouTube apps working again, since this can be tricky to troubleshoot on your own. I assume you're following the steps listed in this article to swap between accounts? If so, and the option isn't there, I would make sure your Google TV is up-to-date on its updates. I would also see if you are able to swap between accounts on the Google TV homepage.
