Chromecast tv casting not showing on Lock Screen on IOS 16

lockscreen controls are not showing when casting from my ios 16 device. Media is playing but I am unable to pause, play, or control the casted media from my lock screen only.

Thanks for reaching out. Have you tried to test this using a different phone? Are you pertaining to the media control notifications? If yes, please be advised that cast media control notifications are available on Android devices that run Android 6.0 or later. They aren't available on iOS devices. Check this support article for more information.

Hello,

i was always able to pause and play my casted device from my iPhones lock screen.

i have tried this on two separate phones and two separate chromecast devices and it is not working.

Thanks for getting back to us. Could you please confirm if this is happening across all apps? Also, the separate devices that you used, are these iOS devices with the same iOS version?

Yes this is happening on all apps on the most recent ios update 16.0.2
