Google tv soundbar volume control

I've got my Google tv connected to a bauhn tv and soundbar connected to the tv with arc connection (aldi brands). Both the tv and soundbar turn in when I press a button on the Chromecast remote, but I have no volume control on the remote (I need to use the tv remote) is there a way to get the Google remote to control volume? The soundbar brand was not listed on the Chromecast setup.

Hey @Phil2, there probably is no fix for this other than trying another one of the other brand's codes that are available. I would guess Google provides codes for the most common brands of television. The only other suggestion would be to check out the SideClick attachment for the CCwGTV remote; that device learns from the existing remote. I use one for my soundbar.
