Chromecast remote overheating

Hello. I bought a Chromecast last July (just 2 months ago) and it just stopped working and is overheatting.

It gets really hot and do not response at all. I have done some of the suggestions that I read in other threads, like restarting it, restoring factory settings, etc, but it still does not work.

I'd like to know the steps to get a replacement because of this issues. Thanks in advance
