Getting rid of closed captioning

How do I get rid of closed captioning?? I have tried both rebooting and a factory reset. Neither worked to solve my issue.

I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that subtitles issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, just let me know which apps you have closed captioning in, and I'd be happy to help find the settings to turn them off.
