Chromecas Google keeps loading forevet

My Chromcast Google TV keeps running with Rectangle screen forever after turning on LG TV by Chromecast remote, tried to reset but it didn't work, please advice!my email is #, thank you in advance!

thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Chromecast with Google TV. Let's sort this out.

A few questions: what's the LED status on your Chromecast? How far is it from the Wi-Fi router? Is this an initial set up or working previously?

Try these steps:

Reboot your Chromecast.
Reboot your TV.
Plug it in on a different HDMI port on your TV.
Reboot your router.
Move it closer to your Wi-Fi router.
Do another factory reset on your Chromecast. Here's a guide: How to factory reset your Chromecast.
