Chromecast Streaming Issues

We have several Chromecasts. New Issue for us: Youtube videos do not 'cast' to the chromecast/Tv screen - it reads a different 12 character Error Code with each different video. Other videos stream fine. When the PC/laptop is hardwired to TV, no problems (on most) yet when streaming over wifi -- not a happy camper.

That is really annoying, I know when it happens for me, I follow a few steps:

One - Reboot Router

Two - Reboot ChromeCast

Three - Reboot Casting Device

Four - IF needed, factory reset Chromecast

Would you try these, in order, and let me know which one(s) worked?
