Cable replacement

Hello there,

My dog cut the cable usb-to-usbc. I buy a new one (9v/2.4A) and dont liked, tried another cable from my mobile but same result. So, where i can buy the original cable?.

Hi @Brujoadr

According to the support page: 5Volt and 1.5 Amp, a good quality cable should do the trick.

As far as I am aware, there is no option to buy a separate cable, only a Power adapter with an Ethernet option (which also powers the device). 😊

I tried two different capable cables and nothing happend. I check google store, if i buy this power adapter, can i use without ethernet cable? it works?

Hi @Brujoadr

Yes, it works just fine without the ethernet cable. You are still able to use the built-in WiFi. 🙂
