Make sure your streaming device has the latest software.” error&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’ve &amp;nbsp;already done a repairing of the device and a factory reset, with no result.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;help needed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I was also worried about it, but I finally solved it, so please try the following.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Settings(Chromecast&amp;nbsp; or GoogleTV) → Apps → Google play store → Manage apps and games (in the user icon)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you go this way, you may have (system) apps that are not updated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After updating everything, I was able to connect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If the issue still persists, try to reinstall the Google Home app and reboot your mobile device. Using a different mobile phone to isolate the issue might also help.&lt;/P&gt;

Have you seen &lt;a href="https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/238167"&gt;@User_56452&lt;/a&gt; and &lt;a href="https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/53366"&gt;@JenniferV&lt;/a&gt;'s last response? &lt;a href="https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/232213"&gt;@Spartan&lt;/a&gt;, I believe what they are referring to is the settings on the TV itself. Follow the steps that were provided and do it on your TV settings.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm glad that some people seem to have resolved the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What's confusing about this issue is that it's not just the apps on your phone and the system version on your Chrome TV that need to be "up to date".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In my case, I also had to update various apps installed on my Chrome TV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Settings → Apps → Google play store → Manage apps and games (in the user icon)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even more confusing was that I had 9 apps out of date, even though I had auto-updates enabled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope those who end up here will be able to solve the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry if my English is weird, I use "Google" translation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
