Chromecast providing two IP and MAC address to modem router

My chromecast has 2 Mac or wifi address both syncing to my modem. I’ve disconnected and unplugged and nothing is changing.

Is this a common issue? Can it be fixed so it doesn’t cause traffic on the wifi?

I apologize about the late response, thank you for your patience! Were you able to fix that duplicate MAC address? If not, I'd be happy to help you out. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

When did this issue start happening?
What is the firmware version of your Chromecast device?
Does this problem still occur after restarting the Chromecast?
Does this problem still occur after a factory reset?
