No PIN on the TV

Hy! I instaled chromecast to the tv, Connected the Wi fi ,done all the settings, but at the end it dosen t show me the PIN on the TV so I could connect

Help please!

Hi CarmenMCR,

That certainly hasn't been easy for you ― since a pin is needed, are you trying to activate the guest mode? If so then could you reboot your Chromecast and router. Restarting your phone might also help. For more troubleshooting steps, click this link.
