Cromecast fails update and shows no screen

Hello guys,

I have a problem with my Cromecast. Certainly its updating since 2 - 3 days, no image is showing up, a completze restart has been done. The LEDs are on, the whole time.

What can I do?

I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that Chromecast issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, since these can be tricky to troubleshoot on your own. Just to double-check, what color is the LED light on the Chromecast device? Depending on the color and the state of the LED light, it could point to a few different solutions.
