Couldn't download system update 220621.019.A2

I have a Chromecast with Google TV (the 4K version) and I am encountering this error when trying to update the device to Android 12. Tried rebooting, checked my internet speed etc. Still unable to install. Any thoughts?

I have the same device and faced the same issue. So I did a factory reset without any apps. I uninstalled pre installed apps like YouTube etc too and then tried the update to v12. Which worked for me. And able to update from v10 to v12
